Yes. COD is available pan-India. A 25% advance payment is required before dispatch to confirm your order. The remaining 75% is paid directly to the courier at delivery. Full online payment via UPI or card gets a 2% discount on the total.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Will I get a GST invoice?+
Yes — a GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every order. Provide your company GSTIN at checkout and it will appear on the invoice. The GST rate on gearboxes (HSN 8483) is 18%.
Can I place a bulk order for 10+ units?+

How do I know which TRV model and ratio I need?+
Use our free Gearbox Selector tool — enter your motor HP and required output RPM and it shows every compatible TRV frame size with calculated output speeds. If you are replacing an existing gearbox, use the Gearbox Identifier tool — upload a nameplate photo and we match it to the correct TRV replacement.
What is the difference between TRV 50 and TRV 63?+
The TRV 63 is a larger frame with a higher max torque (160 Nm vs 90 Nm for TRV 50), a larger 25mm output shaft, and supports up to IEC 90 motor flange. If your required torque is between 90-160 Nm or your motor frame is IEC 90, choose TRV 63. The Selector tool recommends the correct size automatically.
Are TRV gearboxes compatible with all motor brands?+
Yes. TRV gearboxes use IEC standard flanges (IEC 63 to IEC 160 depending on model). They are direct drop-in compatible with any IEC standard motor — Siemens, ABB, Bharat Bijlee, CG, WEG, Havells and all others.
Are TRV gearboxes compatible with Fenner FW, RBX, BOX or other NMRV brands?+
Yes. TRV gearboxes are dimensionally compatible with Fenner FW Series, RBX, BOX, WPA, SEW Eurodrive SPIROPLAN and all standard NMRV gearboxes. Use our Identifier tool to confirm compatibility for your specific model.

How fast will I receive my order?+
Orders placed before 3 PM Monday-Saturday are dispatched the same day from Kolkata. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days within Kolkata, 2-3 days across West Bengal, 3-4 days to metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore), and 4-6 days for the rest of India.
How do I track my order?+
Once dispatched, you will receive the AWB (courier tracking) number via WhatsApp. Use our Track Order page or enter the AWB on the courier website (DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart). You can also WhatsApp us at +91 8100324968 for a status update.
Do you ship to all pincodes in India?+
We ship pan-India via DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart and Ekart. Enter your pincode on the product page for an exact delivery estimate. For very remote pincodes, delivery may take 7-10 days and COD may not be available.

What is your return and warranty policy?+
We offer a 7-day return window for damaged, defective or wrongly dispatched items. All TRV gearboxes carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. To initiate a return, WhatsApp photos of the issue to +91 8100324968.
What if I ordered the wrong ratio?+
If the product is unused and in original packaging, we accept returns within 7 days. Return shipping is borne by the buyer for incorrect selection. We recommend using our Selector tool before ordering to avoid this.
